Jeff Jackson

Jeff Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies.

Jeff currently holds the position of Chief Infrastructure Officer at Soli Organic, a leading organic herb grower and marketer in the United States. In this role, they oversee the company's operations, production, and logistics facilities.

Prior to joining Soli Organic, Jeff worked at Tesla for five years. During their time there, they held various roles, including Director of Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Operations. Jeff was responsible for utility performance, maintenance, operation, and commissioning at Gigafactories 1 and 2. Jeff also played a key role in creating and leading energy efficiency initiatives across all of Tesla's North American manufacturing campuses.

Before Tesla, Jeff worked at Samsung Austin Semiconductor for nearly two decades. Jeff held positions such as Sr. Manager of Facilities Engineering and EHS, where they managed a team of engineers and technicians and implemented cost-saving initiatives. Jeff also served as a Section Manager in the Dry Etch department, overseeing technology transfers and process improvements.

Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing large teams and budgets. Jeff has a track record of driving efficiency and achieving significant cost savings. Additionally, they have contributed to technological advancements and revenue growth through their innovative solutions and process improvements.

Jeff Jackson attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued an Executive Education in Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Oklahoma State University, graduating in 1997.
