Małgorzata (Margaret) Dominguez

Margaret Dominguez has extensive work experience in food safety and compliance. Małgorzata (Margaret) is currently the Vice President of Food Safety and Compliance at Soli Organic since January 2021. Previously, they worked at Shenandoah Growers, Inc. from July 2017 to January 2021, where they held the positions of National Director for Food Safety and Compliance and National Food Safety Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Kellogg Company from June 2011 to July 2017 as the Sanitation Program Manager and Food Safety Supervisor. Margaret also has experience as the HACCP Coordinator at Fair Oaks Farms, LLC from September 2009 to June 2011, and as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Belmont Sausage Company from May 2008 to August 2009.
