Gary Chavez has over 20 years of experience in the field of technology, brand and business strategies. Gary began their career in 1997 as a Consultant at Sony Signatures. Gary then moved to Prophet in 2000, where they worked as an Engagement Manager, responsible for leading engagements by defining technology, brand and business strategies, advising on technology solutions, products, and architectures, and by providing day-to-day management of business implementations. In 2001, they founded Chavez Gray Consulting, where they served as Principal Consultant and was responsible for the development of client relationships, management of presales activity, oversight and presentation of proposals, development of intellectual capital, thought leadership, team mentorship and operations management. In 2006, they joined Signatures Network, Inc. as VP, Technology and Advanced Media, where they were responsible for the development and execution of business and technology strategy for the New Media group. In 2007, they joined Live Nation Entertainment as SVP, New Media & Business Development. In 2009, they were promoted to EVP Digital Services, LNM, a division of LN Artist Services, where they led the digital services group of Artist Services and oversaw marketing strategy and campaigns. In 2011, they joined Bunchball as VP of Customer Success and Client Services, where they were responsible for the customer success vision and strategy, and continual improvement of the customer experience. In 2016, they joined both Solid Commerce and Tractor, where they served as Chief Revenue Officer, SVP of Customer Success, VP Customer Success, and Strategy & Technology Advisor, respectively.

Gary Chavez graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1992 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
