Caitlin Watts has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Bournemouth University. With experience ranging from being a Nursery Nurse at Redditch Alexander Hospital to their current role as a MASH Team Manager at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Caitlin has showcased their dedication to supporting vulnerable individuals and families. Caitlin has also worked as a Support Worker at Fry Housing Trust, a Family Support Worker, and a Deputy Consultant Social Worker at Frontline. Caitlin's roles have involved case management, strategic decision-making, and supporting the training and development of social work students.
