Sarah Barnes

Sarah Barnes is an experienced professional in business intelligence and improvement, currently serving as the Head of Business Intelligence and Improvement at Solihull MBC since September 2008. In this role, Sarah leads efforts to align business intelligence and improvement initiatives with Council priorities, ensuring quality control and performance management. Previously, Sarah held positions such as Partnership Projects Manager, focusing on community capacity building and poverty action, and Regeneration Programme Manager, where leadership in the multi-million-pound regeneration of North Solihull was demonstrated. Additionally, Sarah managed strategy and performance for Solihull Community Housing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Politics from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of York.
