Tony Morris, MBA, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Tony is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Solis Mammography. Prior to this, they worked at Texas Health Resources for nine years, where they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and was responsible for managing a team of 26 remote employees. Tony also implemented efficient processes compliant with OFCCP and EEOC guidelines. Tony Morris, MBA, SPHR, received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from John F. Kennedy University in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agribusiness at Texas Tech University from 1996 to 2001. Tony also obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including the Caliper Certification from Talogy (previously PSI Caliper) in April 2022, the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in May 2015, and the RACR certification from Lean Human Capital in 2014.
