Josipa Primorac

Chief Food Scientist at Solmeyea

Josipa Primorac is an accomplished professional in the field of food science and technology with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Chief Scientific Officer and Head of Food Tech at Solmeyea, Josipa previously held the position of R&D Project Manager at GREENFORCE. At the University of Mostar, experience included Research Project Coordinator and Student Research Assistant, contributing to laboratory classes and overseeing food engineering projects. Josipa gained valuable insight as a Visiting Laboratory Analyst Intern at the Croatian Veterinary Institute and undertook internships focused on laboratory analysis and production processes in different companies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Mostar, along with additional training in food processing and chemical engineering through programs at Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek.
