Nishant Khanduja, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Nishant is currently the Head of Digital Products at Solo Brands. Prior to this, Nishant worked as a Senior Manager of Digital Product Management at Chubbies Shorts and as a Manager of eCommerce Product Management at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®).

Before entering the digital and product management field, Nishant gained experience in the airline industry as a Senior Product Manager at American Airlines. During their time there, they successfully implemented various strategies to increase ancillary product sales, developed new email-based upgrade products, and formulated strategies to increase paid premium cabin load factor.

Nishant also worked as a Senior Analyst Intern in International Finance and Strategy at The Hershey Company, where they analyzed value chains and developed financial models to estimate profitability and ROI of new portfolio products.

Earlier in their career, Nishant worked as a Strategy Consultant in Digital Marketing at Turning Point Learning Pvt. Ltd., where they created and implemented new digital strategies to improve customer experience and increase client engagements. Nishant also gained experience as a Product Engineer and Test Development Engineer at Analog Devices, leading international engineering teams and managing the launch of multiple products.

Nishant began their professional journey as a Research Assistant at Northeastern University and also worked as a Test Development Engineering Intern at Maxim Integrated Products.

Nishant Khanduja, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Marketing from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Nishant also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, which they completed from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Nishant has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include becoming a Commerce Experience Expert from Nosto in March 2022, being a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2021, and completing the course "Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap" from LinkedIn in August 2020.
