Abhishek Dhameliya

Abhishek Dhameliya has gained diverse work experience in various roles over the past years. Abhishek is currently working as an EPC Project Manager at Soltec since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Engineer at Entelli Consulting from March 2021 to February 2023.

Before that, Abhishek worked at BAPS Investors Group LLC, where they held the positions of Project Engineer and Project Engineering Intern. As a Project Engineer, they were involved in preplanning efforts for a residential building, managing project risks, and performing detailed quantity take-off. As a Project Engineering Intern, they were responsible for managing submittals and analyzing subcontractors' bids.

Abhishek also gained experience at The University of Texas at Arlington as a Graduate Research Assistant, where they worked on research projects related to ecological impacts and pipeline rehabilitation. Additionally, they worked as a Project Engineer/Estimator Intern at Rajgreen Group, where they assisted in preplanning efforts for a residential building and managed project risks.

In the field of renewable energy, Abhishek worked as a Project Engineer-Solar at Waaree Solar PVT LTD, where they collaborated with the project team and managed project risks for utility-scale solar projects.

During their early career, Abhishek worked as a Field Engineer Intern at DRB RAVANI GROUP, where they prepared bid packages and reviewed specifications. Abhishek also gained experience through a summer internship at Surat Municipal Corporation, where they performed field condition checks and developed maintenance plans for stormwater systems.

Throughout their work experience, Abhishek has demonstrated skills in project management, risk management, budgeting, and engineering analysis.

Abhishek Dhameliya completed their education in two major institutions. Abhishek attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2017 to 2019, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Construction Engineering & Management. Prior to that, they studied at Dharmsinh Desai University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Abhishek has obtained several certifications. In December 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute. In October 2021, they received a Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) certification from Procore Technologies. Furthermore, in June 2021, they acquired the Construction Manager-in-Training certification from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
