James Pinpin

James Pinpin has worked in the software engineering field since 1989. James began their career at NCR San Diego as a Systems Programmer/Analyst. James then moved to Mitchell International, where they worked as a Software Engineer and Lead QA Engineer. In 1995, they joined Expersoft as a Senior Software Engineer. After two years, they moved to Persistence Software, where they were the Director of Software Development. In 2007, they became the Director of Product Development at CoreObjects. James then joined Progress Software in 2004 as a Senior Development Manager. In 2013, they became the Vice President of Software Engineering at Tillster, Inc. and in 2014, they moved to zoomMediaPlus, Inc. where they held the same position. Lastly, in 2016 they joined SOLUTE as a Principal Software Engineer, VADER ProdOwner/Architect, MTC2 TPT SCRUM Lead, and Program Manager, Advanced Concepts.

James Pinpin's education history includes attending La Salle Greenhills from 1972 to 1979 for grade school, Ateneo de Manila University from 1979 to 1983 for high school, University of the Philippines from 1983 to 1984 as a Bachelor Candidate in Economics, and UC San Diego from 1985 to 1989 for a Bachelor in Computer Science. James also attended UC San Diego from 1996 to 1997 as a Master Candidate in International Relations and Pacific Studies.
