Mateusz Szeligiewicz

Mateusz Szeligiewicz has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Mateusz started their career as a Business English Teacher at Level Up in November 2015 and continued in that role until July 2021. During that time, they focused on teaching Business English to individuals and groups, with a particular emphasis on case studies and industry articles related to employee motivation, finance, and modern management methodologies.

In 2016, Mateusz worked as an English Translator, collaborating with various companies on translating texts from fields such as coaching, management, work safety consulting, and website content. Mateusz gained experience working with both local and international companies, including MindLab, LutherOne, Orange, ING, Biedronka, and Scanfil. Additionally, they provided translation services for the Lubuskie Film Summer, working on film subtitles and dialogue lists.

Continuing their journey, Mateusz joined Business English Academy BeAcademy in March 2019 as a Business English Teacher. In this role, they worked with business groups and individuals, teaching Business English through the use of case studies and industry articles, specifically focusing on employee motivation, finance, and modern management methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, Kanban, and Agile.

Finally, in 2021, Mateusz began a new chapter as a Junior Manual Test Engineer at S4D, a position they held until April 2022. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Junior DevOps Engineer at the same company, where they are currently employed.

Mateusz Szeligiewicz received their education at the University of Silesia in Katowice. From 2013 to 2016, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Continuing their studies at the same university, from 2017 to 2019, Mateusz pursued a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.

Apart from their academic qualifications, Mateusz also holds additional certifications. In June 2021, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals through Microsoft. In May 2021, they earned an Oracle MySQL explorer certification from Oracle MySQL.
