Dalia Ibrahim

Dalia Ibrahim, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Dalia serves as the Global Head of HR Mergers and Acquisitions at Syensqo, a company dedicated to innovation in the scientific field, starting from December 2023. Prior to this role, Dalia held multiple positions at Solvay from January 2017, including Global HR Merger & Acquisition Lead and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Additionally, Dalia contributed to Cytec Industries, Inc. as the Corporate Director of Global Human Resources from October 2007 to May 2021, showcasing a robust background in HR leadership and strategy across several key organizations.
