Senior Customer Project Leader Large Molecules & ATMP at Solvias

Alexandrine Busch-Kauf has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a post-doctoral researcher and teaching assistant at the University of Stuttgart until 2006. Alexandrine then moved on to ICOA, where they worked as a post-doctoral researcher for Genfit on an industrial contract until 2007. In 2007, they joined Confarma France, where they held the positions of Head of Physico-chemistry Department from September 2007 to May 2018, and Head of Sample Logistic from November 2013 to May 2018.

In 2018, Alexandrine Busch-Kauf joined DSM Nutritional Products Ltd Branch Pentapharm as a Team Leader QC Chemistry, a role they held until September 2020. Currently, they are working at Solvias as a Project Leader Biopharmaceuticals since October 2020, and they are now serving as a Senior Customer Project Leader for Large Molecules & ATMP since April 2023.

Alexandrine Busch-Kauf has an extensive education history. Alexandrine attended ETH Zürich in 2017 and obtained a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued their Doctorate in Chemistry at Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen. In 2000, Alexandrine completed their DEA in Organic Chemistry at Université de Rouen. In 1999, they received their Maîtrise in Chemistry from the same university. Before that, from 1998 to 1999, they earned a Licence in Chemistry, and from 1996 to 1998, they completed their DEUG in Material Sciences, both of which were also obtained at Université de Rouen.
