Kyle Weaver, Vice President of Plan Administration, brings over 12 years benefit industry knowledge to Solxsys Administrative Solutions.

After Graduating from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics in 2009, he has spent most of his career working with Pension and Retirement funds in the Taft Hartley Trust Fund Industry.

Kyle is a skilled professional that has built his reputation around the importance of providing quality, personalized service to the Participants that work so hard to earn benefits and the Trustees and Professionals that form a dynamic team of benefit management and operations.

Prior to joining Solxsys in November 2021, Kyle served as a Client Service Executive and Retirement Benefits Coordinator for other prominent TPAs in the Taft Hartley Trust Fund Industry. Kyle is a positive, forward-thinking leader and an exciting addition to the amazing family that is Solxsys Administrative Solutions.
