Christina Lutz

Christina Lutz has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Christina started their career at XL Insurance America, Inc. in 2006 as an Actuarial Analyst and worked there until 2009. Christina then joined XL Group and served as an Actuarial Analyst in Property Pricing from 2009 to 2011. Christina then became an Associate Actuary, specializing in Construction Pricing, from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, they joined AXA XL as the Head of North America Property Pricing and later held positions such as Head of Actuarial Pricing, North America P&C, Head of Actuarial Pricing, Americas, and Head of Pricing Operations, Reinsurance. Currently, they are working as the Head of Central Pricing & Analytics at Sompo International.

Christina Lutz attended the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Actuarial Science. Christina also holds certifications from the Casualty Actuarial Society, including FCAS (obtained in 2016) and ACAS.
