Michael Ripley

Michael Ripley is an experienced professional in the insurance and finance sectors, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Senior Underwriter at Sompo International since March 2021. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Account Executive and Senior Broker at IMA Financial Group, Inc. from May 2019 to March 2021. Michael's previous experience includes positions as Executive Risk Marketing Technical and Executive Risk Marketing Service at Hays Companies from November 2012 to April 2019, and as a Volunteer Income Tax Assistant at Vita in 2009. Michael began their career in sports officiating as a referee for the Minnesota Hockey Association from November 2007 to February 2008. Michael holds a degree in Accounting/Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth and has also pursued education at the University of Limerick in 2009.
