Richard Wilkinson

Richard Wilkinson has a diverse work experience in the risk control and engineering field. Richard is currently the Head of Risk Control, UK for Sompo International. Before that, they held the position of Head of Risk Engineering - Commercial at Liberty Specialty Markets, where they were responsible for managing engineering excellence across commercial lines of business. Prior to that, they worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as the Head of Risk Engineering - Property. Richard's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Risk Control Consultant at Travelers, where they gained expertise in various areas such as fire engineering, machinery and equipment, natural hazards, and risk management.

Richard Wilkinson obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University between 1998 and 2002. In 2017, they attended Buckinghamshire New University and earned a CBCI degree.
