Eduardo Kiyoshi Sakamoto, MSc, is a highly experienced professional in continuous improvement and process analysis, currently serving as a Senior Process Analyst and Black Belt at Sompo Seguros since July 2019. With a strong background in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and various improvement programs, Eduardo has previously held positions such as Continuous Improvement Coordinator and Black Belt at Industria Mecânica Samot Ltda., where responsibilities included managing the Suggestion Plan and 5S Program, leading automation studies, and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Eduardo's expertise extends to roles at Lojas Marisa as a Continuous Improvement Analyst, Global Productivity Solutions as a Black Belt and Process Consultant, and ZF do Brasil as a Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer, where significant achievements included reducing lead times and enhancing manufacturing efficiency.
