The impact you will have   We are looking for an experienced business development professional to join Sonar as the Director of Technology Partnerships. In this role, you will lead up efforts in cultivating relationships, forging formal partnerships, and developing joint technical solutions and GTM plans with companies in the GenAI, Developers, and AppSec ecosystems.

On a daily basis, you will

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Sonar’s overall partnership strategy.
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities with companies in the technology ecosystems.
  • Build relationships with both executives and day-to-day stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Spearhead engagement to explore opportunities in product, technology, or business collaboration.
  • Propose and negotiate formal partnerships.
  • Coordinate with peers and partners on business planning, co-marketing, and solution engineering.
  • Track and drive partnership success.

The skills you will demonstrate

  • Proven track record building high-impact, technology-centric partnerships.
  • 10+ years experience in business development and ISV/technology/alliance partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the GenAI, DevOps, and AppSec space.
  • Ability to engage partners at both a technical and a business level.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
