Bill Niland has had a long and varied career in the medical industry. Bill began their professional journey in 1991 as President of Mobile Metabolic Associates. In 1992, they founded and became President of National Sleep Technologies. In 1999, they founded, became Chairman and Director of New Business Development of Vapotherm. In 2013, they became CEO of Harpoon Medical, Inc., a development stage medical device company. In 2017, they became Director of both Regeltec, Inc. and CoapTech. In 2018, they became a Consultant for Edwards Lifesciences LLC and CEO of Regeltec, Inc. In 2019, they became a Member of the Board of Directors for Secretome Theraputics, Inc. and a Member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Maryland Baltimore Foundation.
Bill Niland attended Rowan University from 1975 to 1980, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Law/Justice.
