Hugo González

Hugo Gonzalez Castañeda is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Since March 2020, Hugo has served as Country Manager and Director de servicios at SONDA. Prior to this, Hugo held the position of Chief IT Transformation Officer at Canvia from September 2018 to September 2019, where responsibilities included the development and transformation of Service Desk, Cloud, and System Integration services. From June 2017 to August 2018, Hugo was Chief IT Transformation Officer at GMD, and also served as Chief Operations Officer, focusing on sustainable growth models. Hugo's career began at GMD - Grupo Graña y Montero, where Hugo held various roles from August 2008 to June 2017, culminating as Gerente General and previously as Gerente de Division TI, overseeing substantial teams and operational performance. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Maastricht School of Management and a degree in Ingeniería de Sistemas from Universidad de Lima.
