As the Founder and Principal of Sophos Hospitality Consulting since February 2014, Elizabeth specializes in luxury guest experiences and strategic advising. In addition to consulting work, Elizabeth contributes to Cornell University as an author, instructor, and senior project manager, focusing on service design and customer service techniques. Elizabeth's professional background includes roles such as Hospitality Operations Consultant at Avalon Capital Group and Residence Manager at Exclusive Resorts, showcasing expertise in service delivery design, employee training, and operational efficiency.
