Michel Falardeau is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Head Chef at JW Marriott since May 2021, Michel also holds the position of Chef De Cuisine at Sonesta Resorts St. Maarten and Head Chef at Ambrosia Restaurant, which specializes in Caribbean and international cuisine.
