Michel Falardeau

Michel Falardeau is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Head Chef at JW Marriott since May 2021, Michel also holds the position of Chef De Cuisine at Sonesta Resorts St. Maarten and Head Chef at Ambrosia Restaurant, which specializes in Caribbean and international cuisine. Additionally, Michel works as Chef cuisinier at Moomba Restaurant & Bar, focusing on tapas. Previous experience includes managing SPN Cafe & Sports Bar and owning Le Piccolo Cafe, where Michel was both Head Chef and owner. Michel graduated with a DEP in cuisine and service from Ecole culinaire de Charlesbourg and École polyvalente de Charlesbourg, both from 1994 to 1997.
