Rachel Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rachel started their career at Ford Motor Credit Company in 1984 and served as a Director until 1998. Rachel then joined Ford Motor Company and held various roles, including Director of Consumer Affairs in the Ford Customer Service Division from 1998 to 2000, Regional Manager in the Parts and Service Division from 2001 to 2002, and Director of Product Marketing for SUVs for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury brands from 2002 to 2004. In 2006, they joined Sonic Automotive as Vice President of Retail Strategy & Digital Marketing and held that position until 2013. Rachel was subsequently promoted to Vice President Retail Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Business Applications, and later became the Chief Marketing Officer, a role they held until present. In 2023, they also became an Advisory Board Member for the S&P Global Mobility Council.
Rachel Richards obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1984.
