Emily Ganley currently serves as Chief of Staff to the VP of FP&A and FP&A Data Strategy Lead at Sonos, Inc., where responsibilities include balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, leading annual plan consolidation, and aligning multiple teams for enhanced efficiency. Previously held various FP&A roles at Sonos, including Director of FP&A Supply Chain and Operations, where key achievements include supporting IPO preparation and implementing forecasting tools. Emily's experience also includes operations management at General Motors and FP&A roles at Motivate International Inc. and Zipcar, along with financial analysis positions at Staples and Novare Group. Emily holds an MBA in Financial Reporting and Controls from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of New Hampshire.
