Alison Gomez

Alison Gomez has extensive experience in employee benefits management. Alison currently holds the position of Director, Employee Benefits at Sonova Group since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. North America Benefits Manager at GitHub from September 2021 to March 2023. Alison also worked at World Wide Technology where they held various roles including Employee Benefits Manager from January 2020 to September 2021, Benefits Supervisor from February 2014 to December 2019, and HR Specialist from February 2013 to February 2014. Before joining World Wide Technology, Alison worked at Innsbrook Resort as an Office Manager and Construction Project Manager from October 2002 to February 2013.

Alison Gomez completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Lindenwood University between 2012 and 2017. In 2021, they obtained a Systems Thinking certification from LinkedIn.
