Stella Nerbano

Stella Nerbano currently serves as Senior Manager for Strategy and Global Transformation at Sonova Group, a position held since August 2023, where responsibilities include driving strategic initiatives and developing governance structures for project success. Prior experience at Hilti Group spanned from November 2015 to July 2023, with roles including Global Project Manager, where Stella led cross-functional teams on multi-million CHF projects, and Global Product Manager, where strategic initiatives resulted in significant customer growth.
