Mihaly Vukovics has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mihaly began their career as a System Administrator at APEH Déldunántúli Igazgatósága in 2000 and later moved on to become the Head of Information Technology Department at Délhús Zrt. in 2004. Mihaly then joined the University of Pecs in 2006, where they held various roles such as Head of IT Department, Head of IT Infrastructure Management, Head of IT Division, Project Manager for Implementing ITILv3, and IT Business Analyst in the Healthcare department.

In 2012, Mihaly transitioned to T-Systems International GmbH, where they served as a Senior Application Manager, Solution Architect, and eventually as the Head of IoT & M2M SSC. In 2021, they joined Deutche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary as the Head of Business Unit.

Currently, Mihaly is employed at Sonrisa Technologies as a Customer Success Manager, a role they started in November 2022. Throughout their career, Mihaly has showcased their expertise in areas such as IT management, project management, system analysis, and solution architecture.

Mihaly Vukovics pursued an education at Budapest Metropolitan University from 2021 to 2023, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their education journey. In June 2021, they received the Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner Credential (ACPM) from Scaled Agile, Inc. In June 2018, they obtained their TOGAF 9 level 1 and TOGAF 9 level 2 certifications from ALEF Distribution HU. Mihaly Vukovics also earned the RHCE certification in December 2014 and the RHCSA certification in October 2014. Finally, in September 2010, they obtained the ITIL Foundation v3 certification from EXIN.
