Mia then joined Acxiom in 2003 as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for product development, implementation, and creating product roadmaps. Additionally, they worked closely with the customer operations team to ensure product operations and delivery capabilities were addressed.

In 2008, Mia joined Best Buy as a Technical Product Manager. During their time there, they played a pivotal role in evolving the digital loyalty experience and improving account management and self-service options for Bestbuy.com. Mia also worked on fraud deterrence activities, contributing to around $30 million in revenue for the company.

Mia's career took a significant turn in 2013 when they joined Sony Interactive Entertainment. Initially, they served as a Cloud Engineering Senior Manager, where they led and managed Kubernetes & containers, cloud data, CI/CD, and cloud operations teams.
