Allison Gonzalez

Allison Gonzalez is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people relations and human resources management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of People Relations at Sony Music Entertainment since July 2022, Allison previously held the position of HR Director at the same company from April 2019 to June 2021. Prior experiences include HR Director and HR Manager roles at HBO from May 2012 to March 2019, and Sr. HR Business Partner at Nielsen from November 2004 to May 2012. Additionally, Allison contributed to labor relations at The New York Public Library as Labor Relations Manager from 1999 to November 2004. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from New York University, earned in 1995.
