Kavitha Motha

Kavitha Motha is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in SAP and data management across various industries. Presently serving as an IT Manager at Sony Music Entertainment since December 2016, Kavitha previously held senior roles as SAP BI/BPC Lead Principal Consultant at NextEra Energy Resources, SAP BI Lead at Wolters Kluwer, and SAP BW Architect at Estee Lauder, AIG, and PSEG. Experience includes significant contributions as an SAP BI Architect at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and as a Senior SAP BW Consultant at The World Bank. In addition, Kavitha led a team at the African Development Bank and began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Nestle. Educational qualifications include dual MBAs in IT and Management Information Systems from Andhra University.
