Alicia Nelson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and customer service within the music industry. Since joining Sony Music Entertainment in October 1992, Alicia has held the position of Vice President of Global Operations and previously served as Vice President of Customer Service, successfully leading a front-end customer service group and managing a service department that supports over 30 million CD/DVD capacities monthly. Alicia's career at Sony began in January 1992 when hired as an Accounts Payable Coordinator, and through performance excellence, Alicia achieved six promotions to the role of Vice President of Customer Service. Earlier, Alicia gained experience as a Clerk at New Jersey Bell Telephone, focusing on line testing and technician scheduling. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Rider University, earned in 1992.
