Matthew Hickey

Matthew Hickey has extensive work experience in the field of sales engineering. Matthew started their career in 1995 as a Systems Engineer at SIAC and later worked as a Staff Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin. In 2000, they became a Network Engineer at EYECAST, Inc before joining SonicWALL as a Systems Engineer in 2001, where they remained until 2008. Matthew then worked as a Systems Engineer at Brocade from 2008 to 2010 and as a Systems Engineer at Fortinet, Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Matthew served as a Systems Engineering Manager at SonicWALL, Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Matthew joined Sophos in 2014 and has held various roles, including Director of Sales Engineering for the Eastern Region, Director of Enterprise Sales Engineering, Director of Large Enterprise Sales Engineering, and Senior Director of Americas Sales Engineering. Matthew is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales Engineering for the Americas region at Sophos.

Matthew Hickey received their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Science from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 1992. Matthew later pursued an MBA in Business Administration at the same university, completing it in 1995.
