Lance Pickett

Lance started their career at Sorenson Communications in 2003, where they held positions such as Chief Relationship Officer and Vice President of Corporate Marketing. In these roles, they played a crucial role in improving customer retention, communicating with customers and vendors, and supporting the company's functional equivalency mission. Lance also served as the Director of Technical Support at Sorenson, where they managed a team of Technical Support Engineers and developed workflows and policies for the department.

In 2007, Lance joined R.E.M. Films as an Executive Producer, focusing on creating multimedia/digital video materials for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community. Lance was responsible for writing, directing, producing, editing, and distributing these materials.
