Katharine ReQua

Katharine ReQua has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katharine is currently working as the Head of Partner Success at SOS, a company that operates smart vending machines providing health and wellness products. Prior to this, they were a Partner at For Now, a retail incubator where they helped brands share their stories and sell their products. Katharine also worked as a Partner at For Later, LLC, an early-stage investment partnership focused on consumer entrepreneurship.

Before their roles in the retail and investment sectors, Katharine served as the Director of Operations at Crane & Lion, a company in the athletic apparel industry. Katharine also worked as a retail strategist for Alps & Meters, Crane & Lion, Parlor Skis, where they identified growth opportunities and implemented effective market penetration strategies.

Additionally, Katharine has experience in the luxury ski apparel industry as the Director of Operations for Winterfell, LLC, a pioneering store in experiential retail. Katharine also worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Db Equipment AS, where they managed imports and logistics for limited edition products.

Early in their career, Katharine gained experience in client services at Concierge Services for Students and worked as a Sales Associate at In The Pink Stores, Inc. Katharine also interned at Reach Out and Read, an organization promoting childhood literacy.

Katharine ReQua pursued their education at various institutions. From 2015 to 2017, they attended the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they obtained the degree of Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Analytics. Prior to that, they attended the University of Maine from 2007 to 2008, although the degree obtained during this period is not specified. From 2003 to 2007, they attended the University of Maine again, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication, with a specialization in Public Relations.
