Chris Rego

Chris Rego is a skilled GMP Laboratory Manager at SOTAX Group since October 2021, with a focus on establishing and managing a GMP laboratory, authoring SOPs and reports, and maintaining compliance with cGMP/GDocP standards. Prior to this role, Chris served as an Application Scientist and Project Leader at SOTAX Group, where responsibilities included managing analytical method development projects and collaborating with engineering teams. With extensive experience at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from 2007 to 2021, Chris held various positions, including Senior Research Scientist, where contributions were made to the development and validation of dissolution methods for late-phase products. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
