Nadine Ellison Marion

Nadine Ellison Marion has over 18 years of experience in the field of environment, health, and safety. Nadine is currently the Director of Environment Health Safety at Sotera Health Company, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Nadine worked at L3Harris Technologies as the Environmental, Health and Safety Senior Manager, where they led the development and execution of EHS&S strategy for the company's Space and Airborne Systems business segment. Nadine also established a human and operational performance program to promote employee engagement and a positive EHS culture. Before joining L3Harris Technologies, Nadine served as the Director of Environmental, Safety and Health at Arnold Magnetic Technologies, where they provided EHS support services worldwide and developed the safety and environmental vision and strategy for the organization. Nadine began their career at IBM as an Industrial Hygiene and Safety Specialist and worked there for eight years.

Nadine Ellison Marion holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University. Nadine also has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental and Occupational Health Science from Hunter College.
