Dr. Veronica Bybee

Dr. Veronica Bybee has extensive work experience in Human Resources. Dr. Veronica began their career in 2009 as an Administrative at Firetrace International. In 2012, they became an HR Specialist at CRB Manufacturing. In 2014, they were an HR Business Partner at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. In 2015, they were an Human Resources Manager at The Holgate Center. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Human Resources Manager at S.A. Piazza & Associates, LLC. and then at Pacific Seafood. In 2019, they were a Human Resources Director at Salishan Resort, and currently holds the role of Regional Director of People Services at Soul Community Planet.

Dr. Veronica Bybee is currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Capella University, which they expect to complete in 2022. Dr. Veronica received a DBA in Leadership from Capella University in 2018. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2012, and an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management in 2011. Dr. Veronica also earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University in 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Northern Arizona University in 2010. Additionally, Dr. Bybee holds certifications as a Doctoral Candidate from Capella University (2021), President's List from Capella University (2020), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (2019), and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI (2019).
