Rachel Martin

Rachel Martin is currently working at Sound as the Director of Labor Relations and People Operations. Prior to that, Rachel held various positions at Sound, starting as a Human Resources Assistant and working their way up to Labor Relations Partner. Before joining Sound, Rachel worked at State Farm as an Initial Loss Reporting Associate. Rachel graduated from Central Washington University in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
