Paul Lusczynski

Paul Lusczynski has extensive work experience primarily in law enforcement. Paul worked at the Tampa Police Department for over three decades, starting as a Police Captain in 1990 and serving in that role until January 2022. In 2018, they joined Three Lions Crime Consulting as a Police Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Director at SoundThinking (formerly ShotSpotter), starting in January 2022.

Paul Lusczynski obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Stony Brook University, from 1982 to 1986.
