Olivier M. P. Paling

Olivier M. P. Paling has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they started their career as a Junior Financial Assistant Creditadministration at Rijkswaterstaat. Olivier M. P. then worked as a Project Assistant Team Venture at Taskforce Innovatie Regio Utrecht and as a Consultant at Birch Consultants.

In 2012, Olivier completed their MSc degree at Universiteit Utrecht and also served as a Visiting Scholar at Indiana University Bloomington, working on their Master Thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. David Audretsch.

From 2011 to 2015, Olivier co-founded and served as a Partner at Pippin Solutions, a company focused on improving the IT business environment.

In 2014, Olivier took on the role of Private Banker at Bank Insinger de Beaufort N.V.

In 2016, they joined TransIP as the User Insight & Strategy Lead, where they redesigned user interaction flows and focused on data-driven product development.

From 2018 to 2022, Olivier worked at Zivver, initially as a Product Manager, responsible for setting up the product domain. Olivier M. P. then became the Head of Product, expanding the product department into multiple teams. Later, they took on the role of Principal Strategy - Product & Innovation, advising the Executive Team on product strategy and supporting the company's expansion.

Currently, in 2022, Olivier is working at Source.ag as a Senior Product Manager and will soon transition to the role of Principal Product Manager.

Olivier M. P. Paling completed their education as follows:

- In 2012, they pursued a Master's thesis at Indiana University Bloomington, specializing in Entrepreneurial Employment Activity.

- From 2011 to 2012, they attended Utrecht University and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Economics & Business.

- Between 2006 and 2011, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics & Business Economics from Utrecht University.

- Their secondary education was completed at Christelijk Gymnasium Sorghvliet from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a Gymnasium degree in Economics and Society.
