Francesca Johnson

Francesca Johnson, a Data Scientist/Engineering Consultant at Source Allies Inc., has also served as a Board Member at the Eating Disorder Coalition of Iowa and as an Executive Team Leader Human Resources at Target. In their role at Source Allies, Francesca worked on various HR tasks, including performance reviews, internal communication, recruiting, and event planning. Francesca also initiated the development of an EDCI app to provide resources for individuals struggling with eating disorders in Iowa. With a Master's degree in Data Analytics from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Iowa State University, Francesca has a strong educational background to support their professional experiences.
