As a Head of HR, Keren has a strong background in start-up, she serves as a strategic business partner for managers and executives in the organization, aligning the HR strategic plan with the company’s business goals.

She leads and takes care of the full employment cycle in the company, managing all the recruitment, and organizational development activities at different levels within Source Defense such as training and development of the employees and managers.
