Christopher Shay

Christopher Shay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Christopher is currently working at Source Digital as the Senior Director of Product since March 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Product - Kurator from May 2022 to March 2023. Christopher also worked as the Director of Engineering at Source Digital from March 2022 to May 2022, and as an Engineering Manager from June 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Source Digital, they served as a Technical Lead at the company from September 2020 to June 2021.

In 2018, Christopher worked as a Software Engineer at an undisclosed company until June 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Software Engineer at Alphonso Inc.

Their earlier work experience includes a role at Brown University, where they started in June 2013 and worked until May 2016. During their time there, they served as part of the Business Development and Account Management team. Christopher successfully created partnerships between the university and local business owners, initiated a local development network, and managed existing donor accounts through various strategies. This resulted in increased student engagement, a larger donor base, and reduced account dropoffs.

Christopher Shay attended William & Mary from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Linguistics. In 2016, they enrolled at App Academy and completed a program in Computer Software Engineering in 2017.
