Katia Ephland

Katia Ephland has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Katia started their career in 2006 as a Warehouse Manager at Ties.com, where they managed the warehouse and conducted quality control. In 2010, they joined Chip-1 Exchange as an Account Manager, specializing in searching for electronic components and prioritizing customer and company interests. In 2016, they moved to Classic Components as a Senior Key Account Manager, responsible for sourcing electronics components, negotiating excess inventory, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Account Manager at Sourceability LLC, where they play a crucial role in developing technology and providing customers with the best opportunities to succeed in the electronic component market.

Katia Ephland completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Faculdade Ibero Americana in Brazil from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they studied Economics and Tourism at Faculdade Ibero Americana from 1995 to 1999.
