Nitin Agravat

Nitin Agravat has worked in three companies since 2019. In 2019, they worked as an Audit Associate at EY, where they led a Pilot project that is now the official SOP. Their duties included preparing working papers, reports and supporting documentation for audit findings. In 2020, they joined Better as a Team Lead, where they were responsible for managing, reviewing, and delivering loan packages and leading 18 members of the team. Nitin also ensured that the team followed the process workflow to meet 100% compliance and regulatory requirements. Finally, in 2022, they joined Sourcewiz as an Onboarding Manager, where they were responsible for product adoption, account growth, and account success. Nitin monitored account health and proactively reached out to clients based on key metrics and triggers. Nitin also increased Customer Satisfaction and minimized Churn by engaging via emails, calls, and texts to resolve challenges they were facing with respect to the product.

Nitin Agravat has an educational background that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (2019-2022), a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi (2016-2019), and a Master's degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
