Deborah Pack M.ed.

Deborah Pack, SHRM-SCP, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager at the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce, leading initiatives related to the "Statewide Education and Workforce Development Act" and collaborating with over 20 state agencies. Prior to this role, Deborah was the Director of Program Evaluation and Management at the South Carolina State Library and previously held positions as Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included program design, stakeholder collaboration, and various human resources functions. Deborah's earlier experience includes roles in advisement, counseling, and compensation analysis across multiple organizations, supported by a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Columbia College (SC), as well as an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
