Brandon Overholt

Brandon Overholt serves as the Property Manager in Charge at Southern Oak Property, LLC since January 2022, specializing in assisting investors with portfolio management. Concurrently, since June 2017, Brandon holds the position of Human Resources Manager in the South Carolina National Guard, overseeing onboarding, performance evaluations, and compliance with regulations while managing the training and logistics division. Brandon previously worked as an Operations and Plans Officer at Centerra Group, LLC from September 2013 to June 2017, where responsibilities included conducting large-scale training events and creating Computer-Based Training for over 600 employees. Education includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Administration from Anderson University.
