Jessica Cooper has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Jessica started their career at Smithfield Foods as a Quality Assurance Inspector in November 2009 and later became a Production Supervisor in December 2010. Jessica then joined The Cheesecake Factory Bakery as a Quality Assurance Supervisor in October 2011 and eventually became the Quality Assurance & Food Safety Manager, a role they held until 2019. Currently, they work as the Food Safety Director at South Mill Champs Mushrooms.
Jessica Cooper earned a Bachelor of Science degree in AG Business and Food Industry Economics from Kansas State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
