Andy Morales Coto

Andy (Andrea) Morales Coto is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in product design and leadership. As a Founder Fellow at South Park Commons since May 2024, Andy was selected for a prestigious program comprising less than 1% of applicants. Currently a Co-Founder of Panto and Senior Research Area Specialist at the University of Michigan, involvement includes the Fastest Path to Zero initiative. Previous roles include Product Design Manager at Honeycomb.io, Senior Director of Product Design at FireHydrant, and Principal Product Designer at Roblox, where Andy significantly enhanced design processes and user experience. Andy's career also includes leadership at MongoDB, Notation Capital, ConsenSys, and ThoughtWorks, alongside a strong educational background with an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from The New School, a licenciatura in Marketing from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
